Cancellation Policy
ROOM Cancellation:
Because we are a small business and there is high demand for our accommodations, we enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy. With 30 days notice your 50% deposit is fully refundable Minus the 15% processing fee. If less than 30-day notice, deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours or less of reservation will be charged for the entire stay. No refunds for early departure.
Non Refundable Reservations are no refundable and total payment is due at the time of booking.
Boats Cancellations:
Deposits fully refunded 48 hours before reservation begins Minus 15% processing fee. No refunds for early departure.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation.
Snorkel Cancellations
Customers will receive a full refund minus a 15% processing fee for all cancellations with a 7 days notice of cancellation.
Less than 7 day notice customer will lose full payment.
Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Golf Carts Cancellations:
7 days notice, and you will receive a full refund minus 15% processing fee. Within 7 days, no refund will be given.
