Florida Keys Vacations – Lodging Packages and Suites

Our Florida Keys resort consists of suites that have beautiful open water views and unique tropical charm - ceiling fans (air conditioning, of course), Cuban tile floors, pickled Dade county pine paneling - and it's spring cleaning every week.

Guest rooms in our Florida Keys resort have full-size refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers and toasters with either two double beds or one queen-size bed. Efficiencies have full kitchens with accommodations for up to four people. One- and two-bedroom apartments have queen- or king-size beds with a sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room.

When you stay with us during your Florida Keys vacations, one of our 19- to 21-foot guest boats is yours to enjoy during your visit. If you wish, we'll arrange for a guide to show you the best fishing and diving spots or you can find them on your own. Relax and enjoy, take time to reconnect, catch the fish of your dreams or explore the underwater world of our corral reef. Reservation policy for our Florida Keys Hotels

$300 to confirm reservation. Deposit returned after stay, less sales tax, boat fuel and subject to accommodation and inventory review. Maximum occupancy is two people per bed per unit (no exceptions). Check in is 3 p.m. and check out is 10 a.m. Prices may change without notice. Payment for boat and accommodations due upon arrival.

Cancellation policy: With a 60-day notice your $300 deposit is fully refunded. If we receive less than a 60-day notice, deposits are not refunded. If we are able to re-rent the unit, we will refund the deposit, less 10 percent handling fee. No refunds for early departures. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation.

In response to customer's concerns about the possible impact of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the northern Gulf of Mexico to the Florida Keys, we've modified our cancellation policy. We've reduced our normal 60-day cancellation policy for lodging to 30 days, if the cancellation is directly related to the affect of the oil spill on the Florida Keys. In the event the oil spill does adversely affect the Florida Keys and Marathon, we will offer guests a credit toward a future stay if they arrive and their vacation is disrupted as a result of the oil spill's affect on Marathon.
